FAQs

before:

  • The more you allow your body to prepare, the easier everything will be.

  • Prior to starting, start to cut out your daily indulgences like alcohol, caffeine, meat, dairy and sugar (don't worry, you'll see them again soon!).

During:

  • Ensure there's a consistent gap between each consumption, allowing your body to absorb nutrients and maintain energy levels (ie. every two hours).

  • It is normal to have a headache the day OF AND after. The body is detoxing. Drink plenty of water to help flush the system faster.

  • light exercise and stretching IS ALLOWED.

  • if possible, choose a day where you are home and able to relax most of the day.

After:

  • Post-reset eating is all about slowly progressing from easily digestible, hydrating foods (think plant-based) to the heavier, more filling foods (think dairy, grains and proteins).

  • be gentle with yourself. hydrate hydrate hydrate.

we recommend:

upon wake up: start the day with a large glass of room temperature water, lemon and a pinch of salt

2. mushroom broth: oyster mushrooms, carrots, celery, parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic, ginger, cloves, salt + pepper

3. daily verde: kale, celery, parsley, cucumber, ginger + lemon

5. spicy island smoothie: spinach, ginger, mango, banana, hemp seeds, turmeric, cinnamon + filtered water

6. immunity boost: carrot, ginger, turmeric, pineapple, rosemary + lemon

7.squash soup: butternut squash, rutabaga, celery, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, nutmeg, paprika, coco milk, salt/pepper (changes seasonally)
